碳纤维多层角联织机多经轴送经机构经纱张力计算及控制算法

摘要: 新型多层碳纤维角联织机可织造立体织物,特别是当织造30层角联织物时,经纱纱路长、工段多、距离长、经纱层数多,因此导致经纱张力不均匀,张力的波动对三维织物的品质具有较大影响。为了研究立体织机退绕环节对碳纤维经纱张力的影响,首先结合立体织物的织造要求及碳纤维纱线的物理特性,对多经轴送经机构进行了设计与研究,进而建立了碳纤维经纱张力数学模型,经纱张力采用模糊PID进行控制,利用Matlab/Simulink获取经纱张力控制曲线。实验结果表明,送经过程中碳纤维经纱张力满足多层角联织机的特殊要求,通过模糊PID控制后纱线张力的稳定性和控制精度都有明显提高,经纱张力无明显波动。

Abstract: In order to study the influence of carbon fiber unwinding tension of three-dimensional loom, combined with the requirements of three-dimensional fabric weaving and physical properties of carbon fiber yarns, the warp mechanism is designed and investigated, based on which the mathematical model of carbon fiber warp tension was established. The warp tension is controlled by Fuzzy PID, and the warp tension control curve is obtained by using Matlab/Simulink. The experimental results show that the tension of carbon fiber warp yarns satisfies the special requirements of multi-layer angle loom. In addition, the stability and control accuracy are significantly improved, and there is no obvious fluctuation of warp tension.
