螺纹制作工艺对高压玻璃钢油管连接性能的影响研究

INFLUENCE OF THREAD FABRICATION PROCESS ON PROPERTY OF THREAD CONNECTION OF THE HIGH PRESSURE FIBERGLASS TUBING

摘要: 高压玻璃钢油管已成为解决钢制油管腐蚀问题的重要方案之一,但由于螺纹连接强度不够,高压玻璃钢油管的轴向拉伸性能受限严重,极大限制了该产品的应用井深和应用领域。以2 7/8 in、PN17 MPa的玻璃钢油管为研究对象,采用冲击及拉伸等试验手段,研究了螺纹材质、螺纹牙型、螺纹连接长度、螺纹粘接面状态等螺纹制作工艺参数对高压玻璃钢油管螺纹连接性能的影响。结果表明,在考虑螺纹制作工艺可行性的基础上,传统螺纹胶泥配方中添加1.1%的短切碳纤维和1%的K550偶联剂,螺纹长度适当增加时,均可确保螺纹拉伸性能得到大幅度的提高。在相同工艺条件下,长圆螺纹最大拉伸失效载荷比偏梯形螺纹提高约28%。高压玻璃钢油管锥面开槽后的螺纹连接性能未见明显提升,且在一定程度上增加了螺纹制作工艺的复杂性,不推荐采用。

Abstract: High pressure fiberglass tubing has been an important solution for corrosion of the conventional steel tubing. However, the well depth and application fields of fiberglass tubing had been largely limited due to its lower axial tensile properties caused by the weak thread connection. This paper studied the influence of thread component, thread profile, thread length and thread interface on connection properties of the high pressure fiberglass tubing (2 7/8 in, PN17 MPa) by using the impact test and tensile test. On the basis of thinking about the fabrication of thread, the tensile strength of thread can be highly improved by adding 1.1wt% short carbon fiber and 1wt% coupling agent (K550) with a suitable increased thread length. With the same fabrication process, the maximum failure load of the round thread is increased by 28% relative to that of the buttress thread. The connection property of the thread with the notched interface is not improved obviously. However, the notching process on the thread interface increases the complexity of the thread fabrication. Thus, notching on the thread interface is not recommended.
