自动铺丝软件技术及国内应用情况概述

摘要: 随着自动铺丝技术在大型飞机复合材料制造上的广泛应用,自动铺丝软件技术在复合材料设计制造一体化中的作用日趋重要。对国内已引进的商业化铺丝软件CADFiber和Vericut在轨迹规划、后置处理和模拟仿真等方面的关键技术进行了对比介绍,并着重介绍了这两套软件系统在轨迹生成算法和后置处理上的不同之处。同时,报告了国内自动铺丝软件的开发现状及引进的铺丝软件在国内的应用情况。国内自动铺丝软件的研究现状与国外成熟软件存在较大差距,通过对CADFiber和Vericut软件系统的介绍可为国内开发自主知识产权的自动铺丝软件提供有益借鉴。

Abstract: As the automated fiber placement(AFP) technology has been extensively applied in the area of wide plane composite manufacture, AFP software technology in the design and fabrication of composite is becoming increasing significant. CADFiber and Vericut have been purchased in domestic, the key technologies of the commercial AFP software on trajectory planning, post processing, and simulation are introduced and compared, especially the difference of trajectory planning algorithm and post processing are discussed. Furthermore, the development of AFP software and the application of the purchased software in domestic are reported. On account of the gap between the domestic AFP software and commercial software in foreign, beneficial reference for the development of independent intellectual property rights of AFP software through introducing the CADFiber and Vericut system has provided.
